a wide range of properties in the Begur, Sa Riera, Sa Tuna, Aigua Blava, Aigua
Gelida, Tamariu and Pals areas of the Costa Brava coastline.
Throughout the Costa Brava we have commercial arrangements with a wide range of
agents. Together with our Spanish partners we have a large and comprehensive
choice of properties both for sale and to rent in this region.
Our main focus is on the Begur area but also have properties for sale and to
rent throughout the province of Girona. If the northern Costa Bravan areas of

Should you be interested in purchasing a holiday home in this area, please let
us know. We will be able to advise you on all aspects of the purchase. If we do
not have a suitable property in our own portfolio we will contact our local
partners on your behalf in order that you get the best service possible.
Buying property abroad is always a more difficult process than in a home
situation where you are aware of all the local practices. It is helpful to have
somebody in the area that not only speaks your language but also understands
what you really want.
We will take your instructions, make a short list of properties to fit your
needs, arrange the viewings and if necessary arrange a mortgage on your behalf.
We will act, as your purchasing agents so that you buy what you want not what
an agency wishes to sell you. As our fees are paid by the local agencies there
is no benefit to us in your buying one house rather than another.
If you appoint us as your purchasing agents we can smooth the way considerably
for you. Experience has proven that it is best that you appoint just one agent
in order to avoid conflict of interests, which can be both time wasting and
undignified. Although there is little benefit to you in approaching local
agents directly (you could lose days) we are aware that this obviously does
occur. If you have already approached other agents directly, we ask that you
let us know, in order that we don't show you the same properties.
Spanish agencies operate on a different basis to either UK or Irish Estate
Agents and Auctioneers. It is very common to have the same property offered for
sale by a number of different agents who share their commission. Should you
wish to purchase we endeavour to get you the best deal possible and therefore
would work (without any cost to you) on your behalf.
