The master bedroom is en-suite, has a double bed, cupboard space, air con and has direct access to the pool. Bedroom two has a king size bed with ceiling to floor cupboard space. Bedroom three is a small twin room suitable for children up to age of 17. Family bathroom- large walk-in shower, toilet and his and hers sinks. En-suite - bath with shower over head, toilet and sink. Both bathrooms have heated towel rails. 
The beautiful 8m x 4m pool (non heated) is very private and surrounded by a large spacious terrace and a landscaped garden which is completely enclosed. Sun loungers are available around the pool.There is an outdoor kitchen area with work surface, BBQ and outdoor wine fridge. The outdoor Dinning table seats six under a beautiful olive tree which provides sun shade whilst eating. 
There is a lockable summer house available for use within the garden area, which is large enough to store bicycles, scuba kit etc. 
There is off-street parking available for one car. Parking is free on any of the surrounding residential street. 
Calella de Palafrugell is perhaps one of most emblematic whitewashed fishing villages to be found along this spectacular coastline and to be able to simply wander down and enjoy its majestic beaches and fine fish restaurants is a real treat. Not to be forgotten, of course, is the equally appealing proximity of Llafranc which is 1.5km from the property. Instead of using the car to get there simply take the picturesque and spectacular ‘Cami de Ronda', coastal footpath that hugs the shoreline from Calella de Palafrugell to Llafranc. If you have even more energy extend the walk to ‘El Far’ lighthouse and enjoy the amazing views. 
The closest supermarket is an 8-minute walk from the villa. The market town of Palafrugell is located within a distance of 5km.
