If you appoint us as your purchasing agents we can smooth the way considerably for you. Experience has proven that it is best that you appoint just one agent in order to avoid conflict of interests, which can be both time wasting and undignified. Although there is little benefit to you in approaching local agents directly (you could lose days) we are aware that this obviously does occur. If you have already approached other agents directly, we ask that you let us know, in order that we don't show you the same properties.
Spanish agencies operate on a different basis to either UK or Irish Estate Agents and Auctioneers. It is very common to have the same property offered for sale by a number of different agents who share their commission. Should you wish to purchase we endeavour to get you the best deal possible and therefore would work (without any cost to you) on your behalf.

Should you have to either build or renovate the property, we work with a firm of English speaking Architects from Barcelona who are happy to advise on building projects from the planning stages to completion. We also have a number of reputable builders who are happy to work on both new builds and renovation works. For a fee of 10% of the cost of the building works we will project manage the work for you. This often represents a substantial saving to you as it means you will not have to come as often in order that the work can progress.
Finally, should you wish to rent your property we can advise you on the best method to do so and if you wish do it for you. We are always seeking good quality rental accommodation for our clients.
