Each property is individual and therefore we have no set information. We will come to your property and give you an assessment of how suitable it is to rent and market your property accordingly should you wish to go ahead with using our service.
With a lot of rental property compteing for the same holiday makers it is very important that your property is presented to its best advantage. People are now more discerning and price consious than ever. Some of the facilities that we previously considered to be luxuries are now seen to be standard.
We strongly recommend good 2m long beds with good quality mattresses. (Foam rubber 180cm long beds are no longer acceptable).
Well equipped kitchens with microwave, dishwasher, washing machines, plenty of crockery, cutlery, pots and pans are now standard.
Many people now will not stay in a house without internet access.
